This study was aimed to observe the clinical effect of low frequency negative pressure meridian viscera regulating sub-health.According to the diagnostic criteria,34 cases of sub healthy subjects were randomly selected.The low frequency negative pressure meridian viscera regulating method was used.By analyzing the cupping spot color feedback conditioning information of the sub healthy subjects and conditioning before and after the synthesis of the four diagnostic methods of digital and quantitative,its effect was evaluated.After 4 weeks of continuous adjustment,34 cases of sub healthy subjects,compared with preconditioning,cupping spot color of the subjects was shallow or disappeared (P ＜ 0.01);after adjusting,the proportion of light red tongue and thin white tongue coating increased obviously (P ＜ 0.05),the proportion of ecchymosis tongue was decreased compared to precoditioning (P ＜ 0.05);after adjustment,core symptoms such as back pain,neck pain,anxiety and irritability,were alleviated or disappeared;after adjustment,the pulse string tightness decreased significantly (P ＜ 0.01).It was concluded that the low frequency negative pressure meridian viscera regulation can significantly improve discomfort symptoms of sub healthy subjects and promote therecovery of tongue,pulse and cupping spot color in sub healthy subjects.This method is worth popularizing and further exploring.

Objective] Summarize the origin, formation and development of cosmetology in traditional Chinese medicine, study or revise the history of traditional Chinese medical cosmetology subject. [Method] Refer to history and literature of medicine and historical data. [Result] Ancient Chinese traditional medical cosmetology has a long history of origin and development. Although it did not form its own disciplinary system, its valuable historical data and extensive clinical experience have established solid theoretical and practical foundation for contemporary traditional Chinese medical cosmetology. It has remarkable research value. [Conclusion] Recognize and understand the development history of traditional Chinese medical cosmetology at each stage, so as to provide valuable reference and historical data for clinical and research personnel, as well as to make contribution to the establishment and development of traditional Chinese medical cosmetology subject.
ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the effect of Ganoderma lucidum on drug resistance of the cisplantin-resistant ovarian cancer cell line(A2780CP).Methods The A2780CP cells were randomly divided into control group and test group.The cells in control group and test group were incubated in culture media alone and in culture media containing Ganoderma lucidum 0.5 mg/ml for 48 h respectively.The resistance index(RI) of A2780CP was determined by WST-1 assay.The expression of Akt,Bcl-2 and p53 protein was measured by Western blot.Results The RI was significantly deeressed,the expression of Akt and Bcl-2 protein was down-regulated,while p53 protein expression was up-regulated in test group as compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganoderma lueidum can reduce the resistance of A2780 CP cells to cisplantin by down-regulating the expression of Akt and Bcl-2 and up-regulating p53 expression in A2780CP cells.

@#ObjectiveTo approach effects of acupuncture on ganglioside in rats with acute cerebral ischemia.Methods204 Wistar rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model group, acupuncture group and medicine group, and middle cerebral artery embolism has been made by thread-ligation method in the latter three groups. Ganglioside content in the rat brain had been measured respectively after cerebral ischemia 1,2,3,5,7,12 and 24 hours.ResultsThe content of lipid-bound sialic acid (LBSA) has decreased significantly after the acute cerebral ischemia, but LBSA contents of the acupuncture group and medicine group were higher significantly than that of the model group, and these two groups have been similar in curative effect, and have difference only at embolism 2,3 and 5 hours.Conclusion Acupuncture can regulate ganglioside and play the role of cerebral protection and neuroplasticity.
